Terms of service

By using Cram.ai (cramai.study) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Cram.ai builds a study plan and practice questions from materials you upload. Access can be limited to invited accounts, and we may change, pause or end any part of the service.

Your materials

• You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you write.
• You give us permission to store and process it, including sending passages to our AI provider, only to run the service for you. The privacy policy explains who handles it.
• Only upload things you are allowed to use for studying. Do not upload material you have no right to copy, or anyone’s private information.

Passes and payments

• Passes are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Nothing renews. An Exam Pass covers the one exam you choose and stays on for a week after it. A Semester Pass covers up to four exams this semester.
• Payments are taken by Stripe in US dollars, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• If a pass does not work as described, write to us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it. A refunded pass switches off.

Check the answers

The plan, summaries and questions are written by AI, which can be wrong. We show where each one came from in your own course materials so you can check it. Treat Cram.ai as a study aid and confirm anything that matters against your own materials and your instructor. We do not promise any exam result.

Using it properly

• Keep your sign-in to yourself, and do not share your account.
• Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, get around its limits, or use it to make anything unlawful or harmful.
• Do not copy the service or resell access to it.

If something goes wrong

The service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost grades, lost data or indirect losses. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending your account

You can stop using Cram.ai at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will tell signed-in users before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept it.
